We aim to get your PACE products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

  • Delivery timeframe: 3–5 business days* from the date of dispatch.

  • Remote areas: If you live outside metro areas, please allow an additional 2 business days.

*Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery

All packs are delivered directly to your mailbox—no signature is required. Please ensure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays.

Item Not Received

Sometimes orders may be delayed due to circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Wait an extra day in case of minor delays.

  2. Contact us with your order number (found in your confirmation email) so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your PACE products. Refunds or exchanges are only offered for faulty or incorrect items.

If something’s wrong with your order:

  1. Contact us as soon as possible.

  2. Include your order number and a description of the issue.

  3. We’ll make it right—whether that’s sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
